Abstract :
A strict stated synthesis problem of inhomogeneous stationary and quasi-stationary impedance planes is solved. The impedance planes reflect a homogeneous flat wave in the given direction at the required polarization with a frequency shift. The impedance distribution law is obtained in the explicit form. Restrictions on class of realizable scattering patterns for passive impedance are formulated. Formulas for the reflection coefficient were obtained. Scattering patterns of impedance reflectors were investigated in the both cases the arbitrary shape isotropic and anisotropic reflectors.
