Abstract
In this competitive business world, only the companies with satisfied customers can make a great deal of profit. What can make your customer satisfied? The answer is obviously: your product and service. But, excellent products/service are also produced and designed by your employee. So employee is the most important and valuable resources to corporation management. This study introduces a new method which is called as employee satisfaction management to conduct human resources management. The paper constructs a causal model which considers the impact of employee perceived value on employee satisfaction, as well as the impact of employee satisfaction, affective commitment and continuance commitment on employee loyalty. This method will help companies allocate their scarce resources efficiently, and make their employee enjoyable, and then bring more satisfied customers.
