Abstract :
In this paper, the features, the mode of evolution and the source stimulating evolution of corporate culture system are discussed by using the theory, methods and tools of complexity science. The diversity of corporate culture evolution is explained by logistic equation and the dynamic process of culture selection is analyzed by evolutionary game model. The author holds that corporate culture evolution is the result of complex interaction between internal and external environments and employees. In a corporate culture system, the complete consensus and singleness of traditional corporate culture will obstruct the development of a corporation, and the coexistence of diversified cultures is necessary for ensuring the innovation and evolution of corporate culture.
