Abstract
Quality of working life (QWL) is one of the important content for human resources management. Based on the comments towards the research on the quality of working life, its concept is redefined from the perspective of experienced utility. According to the degree of conspicuousness of the experienced items, five utility factors of the quality of working life are put forward. It also analyzes the characteristics of isoutility curve of QWL and establishes the utility assessment model of quality of working life, which consists of expected utility level of utility factors, satisfaction level and weighting value.
