Abstract
The authors of this paper developed and validated a scale measuring cohesion at the organizational level. The scale, organizational cohesion inventory (OCI), includes six dimensions with 18 items. The discriminant validity and convergent validity of OCI were assessed by several methods including CFA, alternative models comparison, AVE, confidence interval, and Fisher´s Z- transformation. The results suggest that the OCI has good psychometric properties. Implications and further research directions were discussed.
