Abstract :
As an important content of human resources development, training is regarded as a fundamental task for "seeking benefits from management", and it\´s rather regarded as a ribbon of connecting the growth of the staffs and the company. However, most of the current trainings in China concentrate on forms and fail to achieve favorable results. With the systems thinking standpoint of Peter M. Senge, the influences caused by certain factors in the process of training will be specifically analyzed from the following several aspects: the rejecting actions from company and staffs towards trainings, the target erosion in training implementation, and the understanding towards the importance of training after the successful implementation of trainings, and so on. And the lever solutions from the archetypes built will be found to provide reference for successful implementation of future trainings in China.
