Abstract :
The evolution of employees and firms is a process of interactive coevolution. This paper uses logistic model to prove the coevolution can make employees and firms break though the existing capacity constraints and gain further development and evolution. In order to improve the coevolution between employees and firms, it is necessary for managers to understand the nature of human resources and coevolution between employees and firms, combine with the rule of law, ethics and love, pay attention to the psychological contract of employees, lay stress on the recruitment of the talent, attach importance to positive and negative effects resulted from the training of employees and do emotional investment to create harmonious emotional environment to elude its risk.
