Abstract :
Effective evaluation of the cooperation effects between human resources management outsourcing enterprises and their outsourcing service providers is of great realistic significance. This paper analyzes the enterprises´ motives in choosing the human resources management outsourcing from the perspective of its advantages, establishes an evaluation index system for the cooperation effects between human resources management outsourcing enterprises and their providers, and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model for the cooperation effects on the basis of the grey-fuzzy theory. An empirical analysis is finally provided in joint with case studies.
