Abstract
In order to get the influence degree imposed on human resource management by cultural differences within strategic alliance of transnational enterprise, a special questionnaire is specially designed, and the results is analyzed so as to get the measuring value of influence. Empirical research shows that differences in systematic culture, operation idea, operation mode, and values within strategic alliance of multinational corporations have promoted human resource management performance actively in different degrees.
