Abstract :
It becomes a very important and comparatively troublesome work for software enterprises to evaluate software developers´ performance in human resource management at present. Among them, the most difficult problem is to adjust accounts of software developers´ workload. This paper analyzed the characteristics of software development, presented the workflow of FPA, combined with specific case, elaborated on concrete application process of FPA in software developers´ performance evaluation, and achieved very good effect. Using FPA enhanced scientific nature, objectivity and justice of evaluation.
