Abstract :
The human resource function is more important than ever before, it must become strategic rather than merely administrative than it used to be. Human resource development is based on the beliefs that organizations are human-made entities that rely on human expertise in order to establish and achieve their goals. By analyze the effect factors of employee´s value, this paper proposes a fuzzy neural network approach for human resource development.
