The Impact of the National Culture on Team Learning

This paper reviews the literature of team learning about the concept, behavior characteristics and the influence factors of team learning. It also introduces the theory of national culture. The purpose of this article is that try to analyze the impact of the national culture to team learning and raise the propositions at the same time. At last, contributions and future research are discussed.
