Abstract :
In this work, we report a surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor based on a polyaniline/WO3 nanocomposite layer to detect NO2. The presented SAW sensor exhibited reversibility, sensitivity, and repeatability when NO2 was in ppm level at room temperature. The frequency shift ¿f/fo of sensor was 0.58 ppm to 29 ppm NO2.
