Abstract
An process-based and integrated model of relationship among group diversity, conflict and outcomes is presented to explore the black box of group interaction process. Deep-diversity, include cognitive diversity and relational diversity is introduced as antecedent variables to explain how demographic diversity influences the levels of conflict in a group. Conflict management and group norms are used as moderating variables, besides their moderating effects between group conflict and outcomes, the moderating effects of the transformation relationship between task conflict and relationship conflict are also discussed.
