Abstract :
Along with the maturity of market economy in China, annual salary system has been experimented and subsequently practiced by thousands of enterprises, and then the deficiency in design of the annual salary system has gradually appeared. On the basis of a case of annual salary system of a middle and small- scaled scientific and technical enterprise, it was made that an anticipative analysis of the effect of the annual salary system of the above-mentioned enterprise, and attempted to find a set of effective improvement measures for stimulation system, which could be adopted by the similar enterprises for reference.
