Abstract :
According to the analysis on the background and origin of tripartite indenture which exists in engineering practice largely, the definition and correlative content of tripartite indenture are put forward in this paper. And the tripartite indenture is in contrast with the conventional both-side contract in order to indicate the particularity of tripartite indenture. Finally, the proposals for tripartite indenture´s performance in engineering practice are given according to particularity of tripartite indenture.
