Abstract :
At present, knowledge transfer in project management is being paid more and more attentions to, however, its influence factors need to be well identified and investigated in order to improve the performance of knowledge transfer in project management. In this paper, some influence factors of knowledge transfer in project management were explored in detail, and, considering the previous researches sufficiently, a model based on SEM (structural equation modeling) was established. Then, a survey, which could provide the empirical support for these factors, was made, and more than 140 project management professionals were inquired through the questionnaires. With the results of the survey, this model was tested, and the effectiveness of the influence factors and the performance of knowledge transfer were analyzed. Finally, some helpful advice was given, and the further research work was discussed.
