Abstract :
For the BOT project with additional project, considering three different types of project companies, this paper applied biform game theory to analyze the Nash equilibrium and core allocation on the basis of Nash equilibrium under non- cooperative game theory, and concluded the additional project´s effect on efficient concession term. The result shows that the development right of additional project and some other factors affect the interval of biform game´s core allocation; the company´s type affects the company´s power for competition or bargaining about payoff. Each type of company could be chosen if it has sufficient advantages. This study also has provided a scientific and systematic program/mechanism for choosing a best project company for BOT project with additional project.
