Abstract :
An analysis of the dependence of power flow density in the center and at the edges of the media interface of the strip metal-dielectric waveguide on its design parameters, has been conducted. The expressions which connect the amplitudes of the cross-sectional field components defining the microwave converters sensitivity, with parameters of the transmission line, have been presented. It has been shown that the change of width of the dielectric microstrip makes it possible to achieve an increase in microwave converter sensitivity.
