Establishment of the New System of the Construction Project Management

Aiming at the current problems existing in management system of our country´s construction project--- incomplete idea, inexplicit system and unsystematic management content, considering the two factors, the exterior part of management system of the construction project (participants such as the government, the technical and management service promoters) and the inner part of management system (investment promoter, constructor, users), this paper is about to construct the model of the management system of construction project, show the working task of each main body in the project management, and lay foundation for the reform of the management mode of construction project by mainly analyzing the five relations among each main part in the inner management systems and studying the interrelations between the main bodies, government and the participants .
