Abstract
In this paper, the project cost control was discussed by logistics. And the constructing corporation costing management is running through the whole process of the project constructing. The project cost is composed of labor cost, material cost, mechanical cost and other cost. Among these costs, the material cost which is occupied the whole cost´s 70% is affecting the integral engineering gain and loss and the corporation´s beneficial result and the ability of the market competition. The project material fluxion means gaining valuable dynamic engineering supplied chain and the management of the constructing supply and the requirement´s system between the corporation´s Internets The management of engineering logistics which is including the whole process of constructing material procurement, transport, store, portage and so on applies the theory of logistics management in the control of the material costing sufficiently. Also it controls the whole process of the material procurement, transport, store, portage and so on, which makes various logistics realizing the best harmony and cooperation.
