Abstract
A time-to-amplitude converter has been designed with bipolar technology using a Thomson Military and Spatial TSFL12 network in a 16-pin DIL package. Only three external components are required. In a 100-ns range it can achieve a 25-ps time resolution full width at half maximum with less than 1% differential nonlinearity.<>
