Abstract :
As a kind of new financing way, it is necessary to carry on comprehensive appraisal to the earlier stage investment feasibility of power grid financial lease. This paper set up the comprehensive evaluation index system of project feasibility from the investment environment, the credit of renter, financial affairs of the project The classical and limited matter-elements of the investment feasibility are established in this paper with the theory of fuzzy extension and entropy method. Using this method, the subjectivity which lies in ascertaining factors´ weights in lower hierarchy is avoided, and objective and reasonable assessment results are obtained.
