Abstract :
Summary form only given. We present an in-the-field optical data link using a high frequency-modulated Peltier-cooled quantum cascade laser operated at 50% duty cycle. A maximal transmission rate of 330 MHz with a signal-to-noise ratio of 3 was achieved.
