Abstract :
According to the functions and features of GIS, applying the theory and methods of urban disaster emergency management, analyzing the design idea and technical key point of urban disaster emergency management information system, the paper proposes system architecture and the content and method of spatial data organization. This scheme is capable of assisting urban disaster emergency management, disaster documentation provision and Aid in Decision Making (ADM), and improving the ability of disaster relief and resistant of government.
