  • Abstract
    Recent years the agent construction institution emerges in our country, and there are many provinces and cities who have implemented this construction institution in engineering project. This paper summarizes three typical patterns of the agent construction, analyzes the three typical patterns and compares them with each other, then obtains the conclusion that adopting the competitive mechanism pattern to chose the agent construction agency to construct the public project is the best choice, and the competitive mechanism pattern conforms to the original intention of implementing the pattern of agent construction in our country. This paper also pointed out that if we want to form the competitive mechanism in the agent construction market, we must develop a batch of qualified agent construction agencies. Well we will face the problem that how to cultivate the agent construction agency and form a healthy competitive market, then this paper discuss how to solve this problem.
