Abstract
The employee performance evaluating system not only has direct relationship with the effectiveness of selection employee, but also affects establishment and operation of the organization stimulation mechanism. Through the analysis of the enterprises performance evaluation contents with characteristics, this paper designs the system based on the employee´s performance and essence in work. In order to assess systematically with science, it is crucial to considering the both qualitative and quantitative factors simultaneously. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a kind of decision-making method with the combination of quantity and quality. Combining with fuzzy algorithm, this paper established an enterprise performance evaluating system based on enterprise database, discussing many issues in the systematic design and developing the implement step. This system make the evaluation process transparent by using data mining and fuzzy-AHP algorithm, and avoid the disturbing from excessively subjective factors. Thus it can guarantee the fairness of the assessment. Finally, the example and conclusion are given.
