Abstract :
As economic globalization develops quickly, strategic alliance based on information sharing has been adopted by many TPL enterprises, and becomes an important kind of organic form and marketing competition power. Whether the strategic alliance will be successful or not is dependant on the choosing and evaluation of the partners. In this paper, the synergetic and coupling relationship between the allied TPL enterprises is analyzed, and the quantitative model of synergetic is presented. Then, by influencing the indices weight with the analyzing results, a decision-making model based on fuzzy entropy weights, for selecting and evaluating the TPL enterprise´ partners, is put forward, which is better than the conventional fuzzy decision-making model in considering impersonal factors. Further, this model is demonstrated with application examples
