Abstract :
A large-scale project is considered as a multi- programme which is a multi-level programme consisting of programmes of several levels. According to the logic relations among the projects, programme can be classified into serial multi-programme, synchro-concurrent multi-programme and asynchro-concurrent multi-programme. Based on this classification, the execution of concurrent engineering within a multi-programme is analyzed, and a project management mode for an integrated programme team is proposed.
