Abstract :
In project management, contractors´ claims are beneficial methods to improve their economic benefits. Pivotal step of claim is to analyze the on-going claim event. This paper, firstly, has established two fuzzy matrixes on the relationships between claim events and expenditures to claim causes independently. Secondly, the relationship has been analyze directly between claim causes and expenditures through combing with these.
