In the modern production process, the applications of the online quality control technology receive extensively recognition, and it is considered a major way to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. This paper presents a network application environment SPC technology online quality control system. Describe the system component, research and design of the model of the system architecture and software, C++ Application Programming Network concrete realization of a set of remote quality control center server, field data collection component of the client network, distributed software quality control system, completion of the network environment Remote monitoring and analysis of the quality of the integration. The blueprints apply the object-oriented technology, adopting the modular design, and have high scalability.
