Abstract :
Engineering quality has always been an important objective of the project, however, at present, in China´s market economy conditions, high-quality engineering requires the effective supervision of the engineer. In order to increase the probability of contractor´s guarantee of quality, this paper makes some hypotheses, and based on these hypotheses, a static game model among engineer and contractor is established by using the static game theory, and the equilibrium strategies are deduced later. Then, some hypotheses are changed, in the long run, the equilibrium results will also be changed. Based on the different equilibrium results, suggestions to heighten engineering quality effectively are made though affecting the behaviors of the engineer by enlarging his responsibilities, but not though punishing the contractor´s jerry-building.
