Abstract :
This paper aims at exploring the strategic status of quality as a source of sustained competitive advantage theory, through a critical review of the development of quality management and competitive advantage. Further more, the paper gives Chinese industry some suggestions about how to develop Quality competence to sustain an advantage over foreign competitors.
