Abstract :
Based on the trap filter characteristic of the fundamental frequency series-resonance circuit for the series-in series hybrid active power filter, a new control strategy is proposed in this paper. The proposed control strategy, which can directly detect the voltage of the fundamental frequency series-resonance circuit as the reference signal, is more directly and conveniently than the instantaneous reactive or synchronous rotate frame harmonic detection method which needs complicated harmonic algorithm and more detection parameters. Simulation and experiment results verify that the proposed control strategy is a simple, reliable and applicable method for the series-in series hybrid active power filter.
