Abstract :
Discuss the connotation and the implementation process of quality chain model, think that quality chain node identification and evaluation is the key to the effective implementation of the quality chain operation model. In the perspective of quality chain node, design the evaluation index system of quality chain nodes task execution capability, and use semantic-based fuzzy evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate, which provides basis for decision-making for the effective formulation of quality chain operation mechanism.
