Abstract :
On the base of analyzing grey modeling methods of GM model, a prediction method of GM model was proposed to predict product quality characteristic so as to solve the problems for mass customization production. And the certain production instance of mass customization was used to validate its feasibility and veracity. The result indicated that the grey prediction method is proper to solving the quality problems in initial period of production or interim of transformation product type. Thereby this method is useful to control product quality for mass customization.
