Abstract :
Trust and pledge are the key influencing factor in the enterprise relating to the quality, but trust and pledge can not to be able to solve enterprise´s conflict. How to solve the conflict is the key to maintain and promote relation´s quality. This article through the discussion of the different way to processing conflict in the cooperation, proposed forgiving that is the new dimension of relational quality, and do the empirical study to learn each main dimension in relational quality. We draws the conclusion finally: Tolerant is a new dimension of the enterprise in the quality of relationship.
