Abstract :
In the process of electronic document flow, the downstream staffers of workflow should be able to confirm the legitimacy of the upstream staffers´ operations to documents, which requires a traces reservation technology to record and distinguish all operations by all users in the process of document flow completely. The paper proposed an implementation scheme of traces reservation on B/S mode in the process of document flow which used the techniques as ASP.NET, ActiveX, WebDAV, etc. The scheme expatiated on the related key techniques and implementation steps in detail. Compared with common methods, the method realizes edition and single access control, and it has higher security and is operated simply.
