Abstract :
In this paper, a three-level five-leg dc-link converter for ac to ac three-phase to three-phase applications is investigated. PWM methods based on per-phase is presented. A control strategy in order to obtain the maximum utilization of the dc-link voltage for applications in which the input and output frequencies are equal, is also presented. Experimental and simulated results are presented.
