Abstract :
In this paper, we attempt to investigate about how to deal with events stated by uncertainty demand in cloud computing environment between Software as a Service provider, Software as a User and cloud resources provider. The variation considers the supply and demand of resources. The events on uncertainty demand ensure provisioning resources and prevent fluctuation demand. We propose to create resource negotiation and use Fuzzy Optimization for demand fluctuation. This result is relation to the event on uncertainty demand in cloud. The issue is to model the uncertainties on demand to warranty quality of service.
