Abstract :
This research is study about the Southeast Asia Taiwanese executive using decision making (DM) type and knowledge management (KM) preference situation. The results show that the rational and spontaneous DM executive makes use of KM. However, the rational DM executive preference the KM which is tacit knowledge including socialization and internalization process. Moreover, spontaneous DM executive preferences the KM which is explicit knowledge including externalization and combination process.
