Abstract
To overcoming traditionally PID method excessively depending on the model parameters and poor robustness, this paper introduces new controls system processing for temperature control. The whole control system can be divided into two parts. One is using of heat flux to replace the traditional differential term and the other is a fuzzy PI module. The control process is online, of which the fuzzy rules are generated analytically. Through self-tuning gain and self-optimizing in the control process, the temperature control system is robust, and its control performance is also good.
