This paper identifies the key dimension of customer asset management capabilities by reviewing most extant literatures intensively and extensively. Then attention is paid to the development of measurement model of customer asset management capabilities by collecting data from enterprises in China and finally their impacts on business performance are examined for construct validation by taking a disaggregated perspective.
