Abstract :
This study concerns maintenance service technology and maintenance activities in supply chain, and designs a framework of collaborative maintenance service platform (CMSP) based on a whole maintenance service cycle. Previous studies of maintenance service technology are related to the operation of an enterprise-level without considering collaboration in supply chain. This paper point out that CMSP should provide several main functions including fault diagnosis, fault tracking, resources scheduling and planning, and quality evaluation. On the basis of that, a framework of CMSP based on a whole maintenance cycle is proposed. The process of maintenance service includes eight steps: customer response, fault diagnosis, fault tracking, maintenance solution, payment collection maintenance ability balance, maintenance implementation, and quality evaluation.
