  • Abstract
    Dynamic behavior hysteresis of framed and frameless comb-drive actuated 2D MEMS scanning micromirrors is experimentally compared, with a framed micromirror showing reduction or even elimination of the hysteretic frequency response along one of its principal motion axes.
