Abstract :
The paper is to assist those setting out on the seas of multinational multilingual projects for the first time. All projects involve: deciding what to do; deciding where to get funds; and deciding who to work with. The difference between deciding on a project and deciding on a collaborative project is that for a project you work with people inside your organization, on a collaborative project you work with people outside your own organization. The article focuses on the large multilingual multicultural quasi/real government funded project, i.e., the European Funded Project EFP
