Abstract :
This paper starts with informational fairness in the service market, reviews the theory of informational fairness and then analyzes the dynamic transformation of the service enterprises´ quality behavior and informational behavior under different environment. It further explores the role government, trade organization, consumer association, news media, staffs in service enterprises and customers should play in keeping the service enterprise from degenerating and creating a good environment with open information.
