  • Abstract
    Web Service technologies are becoming increasingly popular for integrating systems and services. Web service composition as an important value-added function provides an application foundation for reusing Web services and automating composition. After brief analysis on the service composition concept and the eliciting process of functional requirements, a strategy of Web service composition based software life cycle is presented and the function-driven service composition process is described. This strategy may help effectively composing Web service based on software life cycle and provide a comprehensive support for SOA.
