Abstract :
A model that includes evaluations both on outcome and on process of creative participation is proposed. In addition to the positive effects of evaluation of outcome on the consequence of creative participation, the majority of the effects of three characteristics of the process evaluation (i.e., process importance, effort investment and emotions in process) on the outcome and the consequence of creative participation are empirically confirmed.
