Abstract
The certification of software products, from the view of current studies, is feasible, and demonstrates the practicality of the implementation of code design. In this paper, we will discuss the software metrics that apply at the near phases (Design and Implementation) of the software lifecycle and their impact on software quality, and we will give a solution for the difficulty of software certification through software quality. We will present a quality profiling framework to help software quality inspection people and agencies in the software certification process. This solution depends on software metrics in the Design and Implementation phases of the software lifecycle.
